Pay as you go (Rates per hour):

Home Users               R120  (with a maximum flat fee rate of R180 per incident / call-out)
Small Businesses       R150 per hour ( with a maximum flat fee rate of R300 per incident / call-out)
Please note:
Rates are calculate on a pro-rata basis with a minimum
R100,00 (min 30 minutes) for home users and
R150,00 (min. 30 minutes) for Small Businesses

Computer Maintenance Packages:

Available Packages:
 1 to 3  Computers @ only R499,99 per month   = average of R160 per computer
 4 to 8  Computers @ only R999,99 per month   = average of R125 per computer
 9 to 15 Computers @ only R1499,99 per month = average of R100 per computer

Standard call out rates do not apply to contract clients.
Contract clients receive priority over other clients.
